From a humble start as a sawmill in the 1990s, LHN Group has evolved to a multidisciplinary company with proven track records in providing high-quality customised real estate management, facilities management and logistics management services to businesses at all scales and from all sectors.

1991

  • Established in 1991, Mr. Lim Hean Nerng, father of Mr. Kelvin Lim started to lease out part of the space in a family-owned factory to tenants.

1997

  • Mr Kelvin Lim joined the family business.
  • Explored and then mastered the science of Space Optimisation.
  • Expanded our properties portfolio through master leasing unused and under-utilised industrial properties and refurbishing them to increase their net lettable area and rental yield.

2002

  • Ms Jess Lim joined the family business.
  • Diversified customer base by leasing out spaces to other industrial tenants.

2003

  • Began our Group’s Logistics Services business by providing transportation service for base oil and bitumen.

2005

  • Expanded Logistics Services Business to include container trucking.
  • Commenced operations of Facilities Management Business to provide services to the properties which the Group managed.

2007

  • Expanded portfolio of Space Optimisation Business to include commercial properties.

2008

  • Expanded Facilities Management Business to include car park management service.

2009

  • Expanded Logistics Services Business to include transportation service for chemicals.

2012

  • Launched our GreenHub Suited Offices in Singapore.
  • Owned our first property by acquiring Singapore Handicrafts Building.

2013

  • Expanded Logistics Services Business to include container depot management services.

2014

  • Commenced operations of GreenHub Suited Offices in Jakarta, Indonesia.

2015

  • Listed on Catalist board of the SGX-ST in Apr 2015.
  • Opened our first overseas container depot in Laem Chabang, Thailand.
  • Opened second GreenHub Suited Office in Indonesia.
  • Completed the acquisition of 100 Eunos Ave 7

2016

  • Launched our Work+Store operations at 18 New Industrial Road, 18 Tampines and 680 Upper Thomson.
  • Launched our 85SOHO brand of serviced residence in Yangon, Myanmar.
  • Completed acquisition of an industrial building at 38 Ang Mo Kio through a joint venture.
  • Acquired 50% of the equity interest of Four Star mattress company through a joint venture.
  • Acquired our first carpark property at GMT in Singapore through a joint venture for our Facilities Management Business.

2017

  • Opened the fourth GreenHub Suited Office in Singapore.
  • Commenced car park management operations in Hong Kong.
  • Signed a lease agreement in Thailand to operate our second container depot in the vicinity of Bangkok.
  • Successfully dual listed on the Main Board of SEHK on 29 Dec 2017.

2018

  • Obtained approval from SLA to set up our first co-living and coworking space in Singapore.
  • Signed a 15-year lease agreement to set up the co-living and coworking space business in China.
  • Entered into a management service agreement to renovate and provide property management and leasing services to a 13-storey, 88 units serviced residence in Yangon.
  • Entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire one block of 108 condominium units in Cambodia where the Group intends to operate its 85SOHO brand of serviced residences.
  • Commenced depot management operations in Singapore for our joint venture company, HLA Logistics Pte. Ltd.
  • Expanded our trucking business into Malaysia.

2019

  • Completed the acquisition of Geylang and Gul Avenue property.
  • Announced the Grand Opening of the newly renovated Premium Serviced Residence in Yangon, Myanmar.
  • Completion of disposal of the ICS Security Services Business.

2020

  • Completed the acquisition of 202 Kallang Bahru property and 5 Toa Payoh West through our Joint Venture Company.
  • Completed the acquisition of 320 Balestier Road property Commenced serviced residences operation for Cambodia Axis Residence property.
  • Completed the acquisition of the Bukit Timah Shopping Centre carpark through our Joint Venture Company.

2021

  • Commenced the operation and management of 33 public carparks in the Central zone of Singapore under JTC.
  • Unveils integrated development with communal living experiences at 1557 Keppel Road.
  • Completed the acquisition of Beach Road and 115 Geylang properties
  • Completed the acquisition of the 471 Balestier and Tuas South properties through our Joint Venture Companies
  • Proposed Spin-Off and Separate Listing of LHN Logistics on the Catalist Board Of SGX-ST
  • Entered into a 3-year lease agreement for 2 Mount Elizabeth property to expand its offerings of Coliwoo brand residential property

2022

  • LHN Logistics successfully listed and commenced trading on the Catalist Board of SGX-ST on 29 April 2022.
  • Completed the acquisition of 298 River Valley property.

2023

  • Completion of disposal of LHN Logistics Limited.
